Jeanine Mowbray, M.Ed is the Director of Community Impact at the United Way of Greater Richmond & Petersburg in Richmond,VA. Previously Jeanine worked as the Manager of Student Services and Manager of Instruction at Higher Achievement in Richmond,Va. Jeanine has also worked as an Elementary Teacher for Miami-Dade Public Schools through Teach for America.
